Vested Interest in the Business Community The White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce is here to represent the voice of business. Collectively our voice is much stronger than the voice of one business. As an active member you can be a part of that collective voice.
Business Referrals & Contacts The Chamber office receives thousands of inquiries each year about businesses and services located in our area. As a benefit, members are included in the Referral Service that we offer to the community. Members may also receive Member Address Labels for use in their own direct mail campaigns. Contacts that you make from all participation in Chamber events and programs will help you grow your business.
Networking Opportunities & Events The White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce creates many opportunities to network with members and other local business community leaders. As a member you are invited to participate in Morning Networking Meetings, Select Networking Groups, Ambassador Visits, Ribbon Cuttings, Ground Breakings, Business Expos, an Annual Golf Tournament, and an Annual Gala just to name a few. These events provide you with the opportunity to share your business knowledge, hear interesting speakers, and seek best practices from others.
Advocacy of Legislative Issues Information concerning legislative issues is passed onto the members through the Legislative Committee, articles in the Chamber Newsletter, and conversations with business owners through Grow Minnesota. Get-Out-the-Vote Campaign encourages voter turn out. Business Day at the Capitol is an opportunity to meet with our elected officials first hand to discuss public policy.
